This place had terrible service, poor sanitation and horrible food. I'm not sure if the Mile High Bacon burger is suppose to have bacon bits on it and not actual strips of bacon, but the tv ads and the advertisement is false then because it shows actual fresh bacon strips..not dried out bacon bits from bottle sprinkled and cooked in...my boyfriend had this and I hope he shows the pictures he took because it was the most disappointing, disgusting excuse for a burger in the world. I had the jalapeño turkey burger and I felt that mcdonalds actually did a much better job for a fraction of the price. The jalapeños at mcdonalds are evenly dispersed and they actually have a sauce that goes with the burger, not just some generic thousand island. I also was horrified to find the lemons for the tea was open for anyone to sneeze on, which I think violates health codes, with no tongs as well. The cups that we were given were also handled from the inside out, which also violates code and the staff didn't seem to mind. I felt it was odd that a company that a home shopping network on radio was there, not for an event but it seemed like a permanent fixture. Most fast food places discourage solicitation but the place was so empty that they probably welcomed what little customers that they could scramble their way. It was annoying being bothered when I was eating by a company I never heard before, nor did I care to know in the first place. I honest to God don't see the attraction to coming here, as for the quality doesn't match the price and there are so many better options surrounding them that fill you up more, are fresh and taste better.

Overall bad experience at Hardee's, ordered the bacon thick burger/fries combo, received a regular cheese burger and curly fries? If getting the order wrong wasn't bad enough the food was ice cold like it was sitting out for hours, didn't even ask for a new meal just dumped it and left.

the burgers and fries are great here, last time I was here I got the mushroom burger and it was just great. granted you might need a fork and knife to eat it but who cares lol. also friendly cashiers

Excellent service. Always fresh and fast!!! Forgot my wallet but they had already made the food. They remade it for us when we returned 30 minutes later!! That's service!!! Worth the 20 minute drive every time!

Hardee's recently opened in West Chicago. Tried it tonight, based on my one visit, I would go back. Burgers - very good. 4/5 rating. As it has sometimes been mentioned, there is a slight similarity to Burger King, but Burger King's are much smaller. I'd also say these are much better and do not appear to be microwaved like BK. There are 3 different sizes of burgers to order, so that is pretty cool, too. Fries - "okay to good". Not the best, but not the worst. 3/5 Prices are so-so, however - they seem to give out a lot of special coupons both at the restaurant, and online. They gave us an extra chicken sandwich "just because" - we did not order it nor pay for it, so for that alone, I will give them 4 stars on this initial visit. Give it a shot, at least see what ya think. I haven't tried every single thing on the menu but based on my first visit, I'd go back.

It's a nice place and clean and convenient. I have gone a couple of times and I find at night they seem to be more under staffed... Whole drive thru experience took over a half an hour last time and our order got messed up but food was still good. Most likely to go again

I would have given 5 stars if my food came out quicker. I went through the drive thru in the afternoon. It took me 7 minutes to get my food after receiving my receipt. I was looking through the window and people were just standing around. 7 minutes is pretty bad for fast food. I would have tolerated for 3. When I got home, the food was still fresh and tasted great. So at least I knew my food was hot when it went in the bag. Since the Batavia location is equidistant, I will go there for now.

I have been to many Carl's Jrs and Hardee's & by far the West Chicago loction has blown me away. Fantastic! Fantastic! customer service. So polite and cheerful (Jessica took our order, such a doll) even at 10pm! I would like to say thank you to their entire staff - its not easy to do what you do. The food is fast food, but worth the splurge ; ) The 30mons drive is no big deal now.

Working my way around the menu. ( pretty good dollar menu ) Great malts, fries are good. Big boy burgers on the menu, they are tempting. But those chicken tenders....they are up there on the chicken tender best of list.....fantastic....eat more chicken.

i wanted to like this place, ordered hamburgers to go..they charged me for chesseburgers, okay, she was new...told her 3 times ..no cheese she gave me 2 burgers on a tray, i said to go in a bag..she was very nice...got home, wtf 2 cheeseburgers not hamburgers..way over cooked! very clean, nice place, but you get a bad meal, you never go back, you know!!

Love this place for breakfast! Even though I ate my entire caloric intake for the day just on breakfast, I enjoyed it. Never had their lunch/dinner menu, don't plan to. I've had some of their other breakfast items and they were ok, but the monster is a beast! After eating that, I wasn't hungry until dinner! I take off the bacon cuz it's kinda gross. But other than that, most excellent :-)

Talk about the last place I need to be. I work late nights on the weekend, and every so often (when the fridge is low) I find myself here around 2:30 am. I have no idea what time they close (or if they close) but I'm always extremely thankful (initially, the regret sets in after consuming an atrocious amount of calories). I get the fish sandwich, which is great. Grilled, no breading. The food is always really fresh. I am a huge fan of curly fries and theirs are great. They're also my only fast food curly fry option now that Goody's has closed (RIP). I'm sure I'll be back (against my better judgement)!!
